Miss Courtney

Miss Courtney is in the heart of Busy Bees, being a valued Bee in our hive for as long as we can remember. She is a Float. She moves from classroom to classroom, helping out, even in the kitchen. Outside of work, Miss Courtney enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Kaese, and their two-year-old son. In summer, she loves the outdoors, while in colder months, she enjoys staying cozy at home. Her passion for teaching and daily presence bring joy and stability to the kids she nurtures, making her an irreplaceable part of Busy Bees.
Miss Morgan
Since April 2022
Miss Morgan holds a special place in the heart of Busy Bees Childcare. She is in a float position right now and doubles as our staff kid school bus driver. Each morning, you can find her preparing breakfast and buzzing around, bringing warmth and energy wherever she goes. Miss Morgan recently celebrated a milestone by marrying her husband, Bryce, last June, and together they cherish their 9-year-old son.
During her time at work, Morgan’s presence brings joy and excitement to the children. Whether she’s sitting in a makeshift beauty salon as kids style her hair or rolling around on the floor, her playful spirit never fails to engage their curious minds.
Outside of work, Morgan treasures moments spent with family and friends, finding joy in relaxing and playing board or card games. Her caring nature makes her an incredible part of our team.
Miss Michaela

Miss Michaela possesses a truly golden heart. She is always ready to offer help and support to anyone in need. As the lead Pollinators teacher (infants) at Busy Bees, she demonstrates unparalleled patience and care for our littlest learners. Michaela is happily married to her husband, Muhammed, and together they have four wonderful boys.
Outside of work, Michaela cherishes spending time with her family. They enjoy going on vacations, playing video games, and caring for their bearded dragon, Lucy (the only other girl in her house). In addition to her teaching, Michaela is also a skilled cosmetologist who cuts hair for fun. With years of experience at our center, she has worked in every classroom, ultimately finding her second home with the babies. Her days are filled with singing, dancing, and playing with them, and she never misses an opportunity to snuggle those in her care. Michaela has the special ability to nurture our tiny humans at the beginning of their incredible journeys, a responsibility she embraces wholeheartedly. Miss Alyssa

Miss Alyssa rocks at all things kids! You have probably seen her buzzing around here. She is our Wasps Lead (Ones Class) and is our class trainer, thank her for helping us create good habits! As a mom to two kids and a friend to literally anyone in the room, Alyssa's warmth and positivity are truly remarkable. If you’ve been around Alyssa, you’re lucky to have witnessed her bright spirit! She loves spending time with her boyfriend, Joe, as well as her friends and family. Always up for an adventure, Alyssa and her little ones are often found at the beach at 7 a.m., throwing rocks because “the sun’s out.” If there’s a word to describe her, it’s HAPPY. Alyssa has been in the childcare field since she was old enough to babysit, and the job comes naturally to her. She cares for all the kids at Busy Bees daily and is such a core part of our hive!

Miss Patty

Meet Miss Patty, our delightful hired-in Grandma! The kids absolutely adore her visits. You can often find her showering our Busy Bees with love, reading enchanting stories, or singing every song they might know. As if that weren't enough, Miss Patty also doubles as our Lunch Lady, a role she thoroughly enjoys. She's a versatile gem, sometimes stepping in to lend a hand in our classrooms.
On her days off, Miss Patty cherishes time camping with her husband, Keith, and their two puppies. A travel enthusiast, she particularly loves escaping to the Florida Keys for family and its fantastic fish. Miss Patty is a ray of sunshine, keeping the kids happy and our team smiling every day. We simply couldn't imagine our days without her!
Miss Megan

Miss Megan has graced a few of our classes, and this year, she leads our Hornets (Threes class) with a delightful mix of patience and positivity. Her playful spirit is infectious—spend a day around her, and you'll hear her laughing with the kids as if they're her best friends. Her communication skills are truly unmatched.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Ryan, and her adorable 2-year-old stepdaughter. A true animal lover, especially when it comes to dogs, she shares her life with two furry friends: a Labrador named Leia and a Dachshund named Nezzy. When she's not working, you can often find her at the dog park or scrolling through her phone. Miss Megan has a genuine passion for early childhood education and consistently exceeds expectations. She moves mountains for her kids and always sees the best in them. She fits our team perfectly, like a missing puzzle piece, and is the hidden treasure we always needed! Fun Fact: She came all the way from Maryland to bless us with her presence!
Miss MaKenzee

Miss MaKenzee has been a superstar team member, first as our float and now leading the bumble bees (twos) with endless dedication. Besides rocking her role here, she’s also juggling a full-time college schedule and coaching club volleyball, proving she's a master of multitasking. And here's the cherry on top—her and her family are in the process of adopting an adorable little boy named Remi.
Miss MaKenzee's sense of humor is a hidden treasure! Once you crack through her shell, you'll discover the hilarious side of her that kids adore. She fosters a fun and playful environment where they feel free to be themselves and toss aside expectations. She blends in our hive perfectly.
